Ok so I purchased sunburn pro on aug 14th with the creators club discount and near as I can figure it I have 30 days to upgrade. which should put me somewhere around sept 13th as my deadline to upgrade.

I was going through the motion of doing the upgrade to see the final cost so I could make sure that I have the proper funds but it doesn't seem to be taking my upgrade code (sunburn pro activation code) and taking off the 149 that I paid for pro.

so it says my final price is 299$ after the creators discount and after entering my pro activation code which causes the page to reload but does not display and error or code accepted message.

is this correct behaviour?

Hi,

We'll take a look at your account to see if anything is amiss - you should be able to upgrade for only $150 ($299 - your original $149 purchase).  Don't worry about missing the upgrade time frame, if it takes us a couple days to resolve we can extend the time period for you.

We'll let you know what we find, and let us know if you have any questions!

Hi,

The problem was rather small, but affected a number of people.  We're in the process of sending out new upgrade codes to the affected developers.

You should receive an email today, if not please let me know - thanks!
