@John: Thanks for the compliment and all of your help. A new video will be up soon with 4 game modes and all menus completed. I'll be working on split screen soon, hopefully I won't have to bug you :D
@Philippe: Awesome video. Please say there's going to be some power ups (turbo or triple shot) and some multiplayer :) Looks like a fun take on a classic.
I'm not sure about the power ups for now as I'm targeting this to be a tutorial first for IGF ;)
Still, once I get it ready for Windows (a matter of hours now), Xbox 360 (slightly more but not that much) and WP7 (undefined since I have one IGF feature to add to input Virtual Gamepad), I'll see what modes could be fun to add :)
Truly awesome work Philippe (as always!). :)
... and everyone else for that matter! Some great looking stuff on the horizon. One day... one day.... I'll have cobbled together something which resembles a game!! ;-)
Orbitron: Revolution is heading to PC.
Runs in variable resolutions from 1280x720 up to 1920x1080 and at 60fps given the hardware (which shouldn't be too crazy). All the UI and HUD art is designed specially for the PC version and the game supports keyboard and the PC Xbox controller.
Hi FrontlineFire,
That looks awesome, can't wait to check it out! :)

Beautiful! I need a real 4x to kill time.
You'll get my full support to spread the word about your game.

Never trust a bear in armor who's good with computers! Haha....that's pretty sweet.
Awesome trailer Daniel, and fantastic looking game!
Btw: I didn't see this on the YouTube page but:
I just purchased it and will be playing later tonight, awesome!
I'm sure getting my alpha version asap :)
On a side note, here is what I've been up to:
Here is a short video showing the soon to be released WP7 virtual gamepad in the Indiefreaks Game Framework.

This is the last time, I promise!

Hi Frontline, congratulations!
That's two awesome and professional PC games released on SunBurn so far this year!
Much later than planned, but finally Racedrome Offroad is in playtest:

Just a quick peek at the Visual Scripting Framework I'm currently working on. I was getting so frustrated with the tedium of manually coding cutscenes I decided to put this together. It will work with SunBurn but isn't dependent on it, so you can use it just with XNA if you like. More details to come nearer to release.
