Hi, I am trying to purchase a licence but am unable to use the Create/Update Address form.
The form seems to display correctly and I am able to fill in my details, but nothing happens when I click "save".
I have tried Opera 11.1, Firefox 3.6 and a different PC with IE8, but none of them worked.

Your account looks ok, are you trying to enter any special characters (non-US keyboard)? Normally special characters are fine, however maybe one in particular is causing a problem.

Hi, it seems the problem was that my surname contains an apostrophe.
So I left it out and was able to save my address.
I have now purchased Sunburn, thank you.
