What I must do after buying?

Hi there!

I have just bought Pro license, and the web site said that I just have to login to activate account, but nothing happend, what I should do?

 

Also, update the copyright information of the site (year) :)

Hi Xaosa,

If you purchased while logged in, your account is automatically setup and ready to use, just head over to the Your Account section of the site to browse and download the software.

If you were not logged in during the purchase our store sends a link where you can download the software.  Simply log in, click the link, and your account is setup and ready to use.  All the software is available in the Your Account section (just like when purchasing while logged in).

Hm... There was no e-mail from your store with that link... Only e-mail from PayPal with payment data

Please check your email filter / spam folder to make sure it was not filtered by your email system.

Hi Xaosa,

That's very odd, we'll definitely check this out.  If you have email notifications enabled can you respond directly to the email from this thread and include the PayPal receipt - we can track the email down or simply enable your account manually.

I changed my profile private email to email from I bought the license, check it please

Hi Xaosa,

Thanks that definitely helps, we tracked down the issue - one of the characters in the shipping address caused the email to fail.  We'll get this straightened out right away, you should receive an email shortly - thanks!

Hi JohnK,

I met the same issue as Nikita did. No email No activation code

You mentioned the issue - one of the characters in the shipping address caused the email to fail and My Paypal shipping address is in Chinese.

We've applied access to your account, you should be all setup and ready to go.  You don't need to worry about the purchase email, everything is already complete - just head over to the "Your Account" section of the site grab the latest SunBurn release, examples, and more!

Hi JohnK,

I am having the same issue. Purchased the Pro license, but have not received the activation email.  I checked the Your Account section and the product activations list is empty.
