Agreed with above. Framerate first and foremost. I always aim for 720p @ 60fps, and I'll lower the resolution if necessary (most console AAA titles run at sub-720p btw). If there's headroom I'll add MSAA and AF, which do wonders to image quality. 30 fps just doesn't feel smooth to me, unless the camera is static.

Nick, that's 3DRT's "Modern firearms" pack isn't it? :) Just curious, did you have any problem importing the models/animations into XNA/Sunburn?
